Operator recruitment

​

Whilst you are preparing for your unit to arrive, we can recruit an operator for you.  We are constantly recruiting operators for our own fleet and know what to look for. 

 

Operator training

​

Once hired, we can provide your operator with on-the-job training alongside our experienced operators so that once your unit is ready to go, so is your operator.  We will train them exactly as we train ours.  They will also have access to our digital learning management system which supplements their on-the-job training with in-house digital courses that we have developed for our own staff.

​Safety systems and documentation

​

 As you will be familiar with from our SWMS and other documentation, we have extensive safety documentation and procedures already in place.  We will make all of this available to you and assist you with safety procedures for your own pump truck.

After sales support

​

 When you partner with ScreedPro for your fleet as part of our ScreedPlex program, you benefit from a range of support services to ensure you get the maximum benefit from your unit.  We are not simply a company that is going to sell you a machine and then wash our hands of you.  We will be committed to ensuring your success.

Fleet management

​

We have a highly sophisticated fleet management system for our own fleet.  We can include your units in that system and monitor them the same way we monitor ours to ensure top standards of maintenance of your fleet.

Servicing

​

We have developed high-quality servicing solutions across the country using both in-house and trusted external service centres.  In particular in Sydney, our workshop can meet almost all service requirements.  When your unit requiremes servicing, we will arrange and manage it for you whether in-house or through one of our external service centres.  We know exactly what needs to be done and how it should be done.  We have extensive experience with our own fleet and know them inside and out.

Spare parts

​

We maintain large stocks of essential parts for our own fleet and that of our customers.  We are constantly importing large quantities of parts and are able to support you in all your requirements.

Troubleshooting

​

When something goes wrong, you don’t need to wait for an email back from Europe overnight.  Your ScreedPro team is on hand and down the road ready to assist you in issues large and small.  We run our own fleet and have solved every type of problem before.
